Pre-issued cards (card of instant issuance) may be obtained by you immediately by contacting the above-mentioned offices of the Bank without waiting 7 working days.
The difference between standard and pre- issued cards is no name on the card. However, there are no restrictions of using this card. You can use all available standard operations of VISA KICB, such as withdrawing money from ATM or cash points, make purchases in trade points via non cash way, operations via the Internet and other.
Later, if you would like to emboss your name on card, you may additionally order a new card.
