Bonds of KICB
On the 01st of September, 2015 CJS “Kyrgyz Investment and Credit Bank” announced about starting of placement of the largest issue of corporate Bonds in the history of Kyrgyzstan stock market.
Parameters of the Bonds Issue:
· Volume of issued Bonds – 200 000 000 KGS;
· Bonds price – not less 1 000 KGS;
· Interest income – 14% per annum;
· Payment of interests – 16 December, 16 March, 16 June and 16 September;
· Maturity – 24 months;
KICB Bonds are placing from September 10, 2015 till May 31, 2016 by public offering. The organizer of the issue is the Financial company “Senti” (the “underwriter”), through which any investor can purchase bonds. Bonds Issue was registered at August 28, 2015 by the State Service for Regulation and Supervision of the Financial Market under the Government of KR (KG 0203166911). The Issue is 3rd Issue for the Bank. In 2013 the 1st Issue of KICB Bonds on amount KGS 100 million was purchased by investors less then 2 months. This fact has shown high demand and interest to Bonds of one of the largest Banks in KR. Placement of the 2nd Issue of KICB Bonds on amount KGS 150 million was completed in May 2015.
KICB securities were purchased by the wide range of investors including individuals and legal entities, local financial institutions and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
September 16, 2015 the Bank will redeem the 1st Issue of Bonds. The second issue of Bonds is trading actively now on the secondary market.
Today KICB is the largest issuer of corporate bonds in Kyrgyzstan. Total amount of issued debt securities achieved KGS 450 million. However bonds take some more then 1% in structure of the Bank`s liabilities. It is important to note that interest income from KICB Bonds is not taxed (for individuals and legal entities), so they were included in the second highest category of listing “Blue Chips” of the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange.
Information about issued bonds
KICB issues 200,000 bonds with nominal value KGS 1,000 each and in total amount of KGS 200 million. The yield of securities is 14% p.a. The interest income on bonds will be paid on quarterly basis: December 16, March 16, June 16 and September 16 of each year, due to this fact, the effective interest rate increases up to 14,75% p.a. Both individuals and legal entities can purchase bonds.
At the day of bonds maturity (September 10, 2017) the Bank will repay principal amounts of the investments in full to the holders of KICB bonds. The redemption of bonds will be carried out at their nominal value - KGS 1,000.
Bond holders can sell their securities on the secondary market and get back invested funds before maturity. Additionally investors can right to redeem their bonds before maturity.

Information about the bank
