On November 4, 2013 Bishkek City Mayor and Pervomai district administration expressed gratitude to KICB for improvement and reconstruction of Erkindik boulevard. At the meeting, the Mayor of Pervomai district Askar Aliyev expressed his gratitude to KICB for the great contribution that our Bank made to refinement of our city and creation of its positive image.

KICB Bank has allocated four million soms for reconstruction of the boulevard Erkindik. During July and August 2013, KICB completely revamped the cable system of the boulevard starting from the railway station to Chui Street. Under the special order shatterproof diffusers were brought and installed, all lamps were replaced with energy efficient ones, covers for bollard lampposts were fitted, bins were installed. In addition, benches were reconstructed, for which solid wood was ordered - an elite pine breed carefully dried for manufacture of outdoor products. Benches’ bars have especially undergone the process from mordant to stain varnishing. Bars were fixed to the bench with special stainless bolts resistant to external impacts. The installed benches by their durability and reliability can serve up to 40 years.

In the next two years for citizen’s convenience KICB will reconstruct some parts of the pavers coating as well as wi-fi will be installed for guests from Chui street to Lev Tolstoy street.
