KICB values your desire to get knowledge and offers a solution!
“A” student loan program is a good opportunity to devote yourself to study, not distracting to search of funding. Loan repayments may be postponed to completion of studies, also you are offered discount interest rate of 10% per annum.
After completion of studies, KICB jointly with USAID can offer consultative support on employment to the best participants of the loan program.

KICB values your desire for getting more knowledge and offers you a solution.
Student Loan Program “B+” – is a special loan for Masters’ students and students of 3rd – 5th year of study who have good progress in studies.
- loan purpose: tuition fee in Universities of Kyrgyz Republic
- loan currency: KGS, USD
- loan amount: from 6 000 to 200 000 KGS, from 150 to 5 000 USD
- maturity: up to 6 years
- interest rate: preferential rate 15%
- one time interest paid in advance: 1% (withhold upon actual disbursement)
- grace period is provided till the moment of graduation from the University. Monthly down payments start after the graduation but not later than six months after the completion of studies.
- no penalty applied for early repayment of the loan
