Copy of Borrower’s and Co-borrower’s passport (original is needed for check)
Copy of marriage, divorce, etc certificates (original is needed for check)
Copy of Passports or Birth Certificates of children (original is needed for check)
Utility, telephone bills for last 3 months
Copy of credit agreements and proof of repayments for other current credits, if any
Documents confirming additional income

Certificate from Employer, stating position and income received during last 6 months.
Certificate from Social fund of deduction realized during last 6 months.

Copy of Private entrepreneur’s certificate, ITN, stat. card (for private entrepreneurs) or patent (for individuals working on patent basis)
Certificate from Tax inspection and Social fund confirming that you do not have any liabilities
If business is realized in own premises – title certificates
If business is realized in rented premises – rent agreement and copy of Title documents of renter.
