Our vision is to make KICB a bank operating to the highest international standards and be regarded as the leading commercial bank in the Kyrgyz Republic providing a full range of banking services.
Mission
- To be a major bank providing a complete range of banking services to international standards in the Kyrgyz Republic and thus make a significant contribution to the economic development of the country.
- Be a stimulus for the ongoing development of the banking industry in the Kyrgyz Republic by providing high quality banking services at reasonable prices.
- Provide continuous ongoing training for staff members to enable them to stay fully motivated and as a spur to high performance.
